Similar to a wobble board, the Fitness Mad Core Stability Cushion is an ideal tool for improving balance and posture - you can kneel or stand on the cushion whilst exercising to improve core strength or can sit on it to tone abdominal muscles whilst sitting at your desk.
As the Fitness Mad Core Stability Cushion is fundamentally unstable, simply sitting on it keeps you back muscles working and your postural reflexes stimulated.
The Fitness Mad Core Stability Cushion can be used for a variety of exercises, such as push ups or sit ups, as the unstable surface simply makes the core exercises harder. Simply standing on the core stability cushion on one leg at a time for a few minutes each day will increase core strength.
This core stability cushion is fitted with nodules on one side for foot massage & sensory work, and to provide extra grip.
Can be inflated or deflated to increase or decrease the level of stability. Pump not required.
