Q - Is my payment secure?
A - Yes. Sports Injury Store uses Sage Pay as its payment gateway.
Sage Pay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card
Industry Data Security Standard (PCI).
They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your
details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

Q - What are the delivery charges?
A - Delivery charges are free on all orders over £50.
For deliveries under £50, charges are calculated at checkout, based on the total
weight of the basket.
As a guideline, charges are generally between £2 (minimum) and £6.
For deliveries to Scotland, Ireland & Northern Ireland further charges will apply.

Q - What payment methods do accept?
A - You can pay online with the following cards:
Switch, Solo, Delta, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard
Q - How long does it take to receive an order?
A - Deliveries usually take 2-3 working days from your order.
Q - What is your returns/refund policy?
A - You are entitled to cancel your order at anytime between time of order and within
7 days of receiving your goods.

Any items returned must be in a fully resaleable condition, including packaging
and with tags still attached.
